These Terms apply to all tarot readings, pendulum readings, mentoring sessions, classes, workshops, digital products, and related services purchased from The Sibyl’s Tarot.

By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services
 

The Sibyl’s Tarot offers tarot readings, pendulum readings, mentoring, classes, workshops, and educational content.

These services are offered for spiritual, reflective, educational, personal development, and entertainment purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, financial, veterinary, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and use of the information provided.
 

3. Scope of Readings
 

Each reading covers the number and type of questions included in the service purchased.

A one-question reading means one clear question. It does not include several questions combined into one sentence, sub-questions, follow-up questions, or multiple options disguised as one question.

If your question exceeds the scope of the service, I may ask you to simplify it, choose the part you want answered, or purchase the appropriate service.
 

4. Delivery Times
 

Delivery times are counted in business days, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated.

The delivery period begins once payment has been received and all necessary information has been provided.

If you delay in sending the required information, the delivery time begins only once I have received it.
 

5. Appointments and Live Sessions
 

Live sessions must be attended at the scheduled time.

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a safe environment for the session.

I do not provide live sessions to clients who are actively driving or operating a vehicle. If you join while driving, the session may be ended or rescheduled at my discretion.
 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a refund.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be refused.

No-shows are considered a service rendered and are non-refundable.
 

7. Refund Policy
 

All services rendered are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued once a reading, mentoring session, live session, class, workshop, digital service, or other purchased service has been delivered, completed, begun, or attended.

Refunds are not available based on dissatisfaction with the answer or interpretation, a change in expectations, an incorrectly submitted question, or failure to review the service description before purchase.

Your purchase covers the professional service provided and does not guarantee a particular result or outcome.
 

8. EU Right of Withdrawal
 

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception applies.

For services, you expressly agree that The Sibyl’s Tarot may begin providing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

You understand that once the service has been fully performed, delivered, completed, or attended, you lose your right of withdrawal and the purchase becomes non-refundable.

For digital products or digital content, you understand that access or delivery may begin immediately and that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access, download, or delivery begins, where permitted by law.
 

9. Digital Products and Materials
 

Digital products, downloadable materials, recorded classes, PDFs, videos, workbooks, and similar materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been delivered, except where required by law.

You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute, teach from, modify, or commercially exploit my materials without written permission.
 

10. Refusal of Service
 

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit a service where the request or behaviour is abusive, inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, outside the scope of the service, or made in bad faith.

If I refuse a service before it has begun, a refund may be issued.

If the service has already begun, been delivered, or been partially performed, any refund will depend on the work already completed.
 

11. Confidentiality
 

Client information is treated as confidential.

I will not publish or disclose identifiable private information from your reading, mentoring session, or private communication unless you give permission, disclosure is legally required, or disclosure is necessary to protect legal rights or safety.
 

12. Intellectual Property
 

All readings, written reports, videos, audios, course materials, worksheets, spreads, articles, digital products, and educational materials created by The Sibyl’s Tarot remain my intellectual property.

Purchasing a service gives you personal use of the material. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.
 

13. No Guarantees
 

I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, predictions, decisions, events, relationship developments, financial outcomes, health outcomes, legal outcomes, business outcomes, or personal changes.
 

14. Third-Party Platforms
 

I may use third-party platforms for payments, bookings, newsletters, video calls, file delivery, analytics, website hosting, or other business operations.

These platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, and technical systems. I am not responsible for third-party outages, failures, fees, or policies.
 

15. Changes to These Terms
 

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
 

16. Applicable Law
 

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Where consumer protection law applies, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
