Service Description
Live consultations offer the flexibility of adapting the approach as information unfolds, allowing us to ask the most pertinent questions as we navigate your situation and offering the one-on-one interaction and support of a conversation. Book a session of your preferred length and ask as many questions as you want during your slot, I will use any combination of methods necessary to suit your specific situation. Readings on Zoom can be recorded on request and replayed afterwards. No need to take notes! Readings can be extended in slots of 30 minutes depending on availability for an additional charge. To save time and better prepare for your reading, feel free to send me an e-mail to thesibyl@thesibylstarot.com upon placing your order with any relevant background or information that you would like me to know before the reading. Readings can be done in English or Spanish.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy All completed appointment services, including tarot readings and mentoring sessions, are non-refundable for any reason once rendered. You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a refund. You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows without prior notice are considered services rendered and are therefore non-refundable. Please make sure you are available at your chosen time before booking.
