— What do you need to do the reading?

For your reading, I will need your question, if you wish to include any relevant information that I should know for the reading, you are welcome to add it.I will need a first name, initial or nickname for you and anyone involved in the reading as well as gender. You will find a box of text to include this information when you order.

— How long will my reading last?

With the exception of the Mini Tarot Reading, my video recorded readings last for as long as the question or situation requires. I don't fill a number of minutes with empty words for the sake of making it look more packed with information that in the end is confusing, and I don't cut a reading short because I've filled a quota if there's still information to give.

— How will I receive my reading?

You will receive your reading as a personal link to a recorded video sent to the e-mail provided when you make your purchase.

— What is your refund policy?

I don't offer refunds for services rendered.
