If you know me, you know I am not one to make hard and fast combinations that apply every time regardless of the context and question. With that said, sometimes there is an AHA moment when we see two cards together and it can be interesting to share our experiences, since that is quite helpful when training ourselves to think in ways that thread the cards together.
I was doing a reading earlier for a querent who was experiencing a delay on a career situation that needed to be confirmed, and the combination "Sagesse + Inconstance" screamed "change of mind" to me.
